ViaBill, a Denmark-based FinTech specialising in buy now, pay later solutions and flexible consumer payments, has expanded its product offering by enabling customers in Denmark to access its Pay Later instalment plans directly through Apple Pay.
ViaBill provides payment solutions that allow consumers to spread the cost of purchases over time while giving merchants access to tools designed to improve conversion rates and average order values.
The newly launched functionality allows eligible ViaBill customers to use their ViaBill Mastercard with Apple Pay to split purchases into monthly instalments. Customers can use the service when shopping online or in-app using iPhone or iPad, as well as in-store with iPhone.
During checkout with Apple Pay, users can select their ViaBill Mastercard, tap the Pay Later option and view the instalment plans available before completing their purchase.
To access the service, customers must add their eligible ViaBill Mastercard to Apple Wallet. Once added, the Pay Later option is displayed directly within the Apple Pay checkout flow.
