Former Sage executive Ian Clarke has been appointed as chief technology officer (CTO) at bank integration and payment automation provider AccessPay, after serving as interim technology director since June.
Clarke has previously worked in various technology leadership positions across Moorepay, Zellis Group, Landmark Information Group, and Sage UK, where he served as CTO for almost six years.
AccessPay says that, as CTO, Clarke will now take charge of software engineering, quality assurance, infrastructure and technology operations, working in conjunction with a product team led by director Graham Morgan.
Based in Manchester, AccessPay specialises in corporate-to-bank integrations, offering tools to automate payment processes, manage cash operations, and connect with banking systems.
The company’s latest leadership reshuffle also sees Richard Dew appointed as director of governance, risk and compliance (GRC), security and internal IT (GSI).
Dew joined the company at the beginning of the year in the contracted role of director of GRC, security and internal IT. He previously worked across system management at HSBC for over 12 years.
