Concierge by Cytora streamlines multi-request insurance workflows

Cytora, a digital risk processing platform for the commercial insurance market, has launched Concierge, a major platform update designed to automate and simplify the handling of multi-request insurance submissions.

The launch addresses the industry challenge of processing varied broker requests—often including quotes, claims, endorsements, and renewals—all arriving in a single interaction. Previously requiring manual separation and routing, these tasks can now be fully digitised using Concierge.

Concierge identifies each individual request within a broker’s message and automatically routes it to the correct digitiser, enabling insurers to turn a single interaction into multiple, decision-ready transactions.

It supports full flexibility in submission types and is designed to integrate seamlessly into existing workflows.

Insurers can configure Concierge using natural language, enabling expansion across all transaction types and lines of business without manual training or intervention. Concierge also classifies each relevant file to the appropriate request, streamlining processing and reducing the need for human review.

The release represents the next stage in Cytora’s push to deliver agentic AI through large language models that understand risk as a human would.
