Ignyte, a regional digital startup ecosystem, has concluded a series of programmes with a Demo Day held at the Museum of the Future.
Selected startups presented their solutions to industry leaders, investors and global partners. du Business, Solana, TON Foundation and Avalanche partnered to deliver the challenge tracks.
The initiative gave participating startups access to funding incentives and international networks.
As part of the programme, Ignyte and Solana’s regional community also ran a developer-focused engagement series.
This provided opportunities for hands-on testing, collaboration and solution development. Outcomes from the series were presented during the Demo Day.
Ignyte is continuing to develop further challenge tracks, with an indicative total value of more than AED 1.5 million by the first half of 2026.
Ignyte has awarded AED 500,000 so far and plans to provide a further AED 1 million (approximately US$ 285,000) in upcoming phases in collaboration with global and regional partners.
Partners involved include Binance, CoinW, Ripple Labs, Solana and TON Foundation.
The initiative aims to support Web3 startups by providing access to blockchain infrastructure, market insights and exchange exposure within the Ignyte ecosystem.
Mohammad Alblooshi, Chief Executive Officer of DIFC Innovation Hub, said:
“Through initiatives such as Ignyte, we are supporting startups and blockchain developers by providing infrastructure, expertise and access to global networks, enabling them to build and scale their solutions from Dubai.” – Mohammad Alblooshi
The multi-party challenge initiative positions Ignyte as a connector between global blockchain ecosystems and the UAE’s innovation economy, as Dubai continues to develop its role in the Web3 sector.
