Endava, an AI-native business transformation group, has partnered with Goji, a digital solutions provider for private funds, to digitise the servicing and distribution of private funds.
Through the new partnership, Goji will leverage Endava’s expertise in API-led architecture, agile delivery, and industry knowledge within banking and capital markets to bolster its platform and drive digital transformation in the private funds industry.
In a move to enhance the investor onboarding experience, Goji and Endava have developed an Accelerated Integration Gateway Framework, an out-of-the-box, scalable solution that decreases time to market and maximises return on investment, helping Goji and its clients to experience and deliver value quickly.
“Goji required an integration partner capable of delivering scalable, efficient and user-friendly solutions that align with our rapid expansion and our vision for a fully digitised private funds ecosystem,” said David Genn, CEO of Goji. “Endava’s tailored approach, built on proven frameworks and reusable tools, enables us to maintain our engineering focus on core platform innovation while ensuring seamless delivery for our clients.”
Launched in May 2025, the partnership developed the Framework, which boasts a suite of reusable components, pre-built templates and training materials. This toolkit leverages Endava’s full range of AI capabilities, the best of innovation and their industry experience to simplify integration processes, reduce delivery timelines and improve consistency across Goji’s client implementations.
As a result, Goji plans to scale its digital solutions, meet the growing demands of private markets and enable its clients to integrate and manage their private fund operations with greater efficiency.
Solving integration challenges
Endava’s Accelerated Integration Gateway Framework aims to enable Goji to better serve institutional investors, asset managers and fund platforms. By offering faster onboarding, reduced integration overheads, and a more robust investor experience, the Framework directly supports Goji’s commitment to enhancing operational efficiency and digital connectivity within private markets.
Wynn Davies, global client director for banking and capital markets at Endava, also added: “We are excited that Goji will leverage our out-of-the-box integration toolkit designed to accelerate client onboarding and improve connectivity across the capital markets ecosystem. This scalable and adaptable solution is a strategic enabler, not only for Goji but for other institutions facing similar integration challenges.”
Built with compliance and security foundations, the solution reflects both companies’ commitment to high standards of data protection and reliability. The result is a secure, modern, and efficient integration experience for all platform participants.
Together, Goji and Endava are setting a new benchmark in private fund access, delivering smarter and more cost-effective integration solutions that enable faster connections and better investor experiences.
