R&T Deposit Solutions names former Fiserv exec Theo Curey as president

US fintech R&T Deposit Solutions (R&T) has named industry veteran Theo Curey as its new president, effective immediately.

Curey brings more than two decades of experience in financial services and fintech to his new role. Most recently, he served as head of money network at banking technology giant Fiserv, having previously held the position of president of its Credit Union Solutions division.

His career also includes stints at McKinsey & Company and Commercial Metals Company, as well as an eight-year tenure at ADP, where he progressed from VP of corporate strategy to president of global human capital management.

In his new position at R&T, Curey will focus on accelerating the company’s go-to-market and product development strategy.

Curey will report to Susan Cosgrove, who was appointed as CEO of R&T this year after joining from Depository Trust & Clearing Corporation (DTCC). Cosgrove succeeded Joe Jerkovich, who had led the company since January 2022.

Founded in 1974, R&T provides deposit funding, liquidity management, and securities-based lending solutions for US banks and financial institutions.
