Singapore-based InsurTech firm bolttech has expanded its partnership with Amazon Web Services (AWS) to implement generative AI (GenAI) across its global operations.
The collaboration includes the launch of bolttech’s GenAI Factory, built on Amazon Bedrock, to enhance customer interactions and automate processes across 37 markets, according to InsurTech Insights.
bolttech is leveraging AWS tools such as Amazon Q Developer to improve developer productivity and accelerate innovation across the insurance value chain.
The partnership aims to deliver hyper-personalised customer experiences while improving operational efficiency and enabling scalable, cost-effective insurance solutions.
